You will be responsible for serving beverages and food to customers, as well as managing inventory and payments. You must be quick and efficient in handling orders, while maintaining good habits in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The role of a Bartender may seem simple, but it is not just about making drinks. You must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times and provide guests with exceptional service. We want a Bartender with a high level of organizational skills, as you’ll have to carry out daily operational tasks that include overseeing a clean and organized bar area and maintaining high standards regarding hygiene. Ultimately, your job is to ensure that every customer has an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities • Maintain a clean and tidy bar; ensure a visually appealing interior and work areas; greet patrons with proper etiquette and answer questions. • Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor products (varieties, brands, ingredients, etc.) and know how to describe them. • Knowledge of cocktail, martini, margarita and other drink recipes (ingredients, preparation methods) and how to describe them to patrons. • Knowledge of proper glassware to use with any given drink and knowledge of glassware washing procedures.
