Rescue workers respond to 911 calls for fire, emergency medical assistance, and circumstances requiring professional rescue on land or at sea. They are on duty 24 hours a day.
For approximately 25 years, St. Croix Rescue has provided emergency services and served as a training center for emergency service workers.
The St. Croix Rescue Squad is a top emergency training group that falls under the auspices of the Training Division. It is more than just an emergency response organization.
The Domestic Training Office of EMS Education, International Training, and the St. Croix Rescue Academy are the three divisions that make up the Training Division.
